Encryption of the information you are providing during on-line application
All the personal details you submit using our on-line questionnaire are transmitted in an encrypted format, and are therefore protected from misuse. We establish an SSL connection for communication. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a process which encrypts your information so that it cannot be read by unauthorised parties when it is transmitted over the Internet.

Transfer of your personal information in the context of the application process
Your information will be forwarded in the context of the application process to the following company: TALENTSOFT GmbH, a data processing business. That means that TALENTSOFT GmbH may process the data only in accordance with the instructions of GmbH. The head office of TALENTSOFT GmbH is based in Germany.

Storage of the information from your application process
When transmitting your application you agree to the storage of your relevant information in our applicant management system while the application process is running and for up to two years thereafter, and that Human Resources and staff of the relevant areas can access these data. The purpose of this data storage is that we will still able to contact you after the completion of the application process, should a further position with your requirement profile request applications.

Incorporation of social plug-ins
