Head of Delivery (m/f/d)
- Lead the Project Management team, the IT-Purchasing and potentially more teams in future
- Have the overall ownership of the MYTOYS GROUP programme plan
- Be responsible for the integration of individual domain plans as well as end to end dependency management
- Control, coordinate and prioritize the delivery of the portfolio of projects for our technology department
- Coordinate the planning across multiple teams, assure projects consistency and implementation of best practices
- Manage project capacity and maintain compliance within technology budget
- Provide cost governance through best practices in the IT-Purchasing team
- Create and maintain meaningful KPIs and reporting tools to measure the capacity and workload of the teams
- Host key Delivery meetings and related Steering Meetings
Job requirements:
- Practical experience in a leading role with ability to create and maintain influence across large organisations
- Experience in scaled Agile approaches and able to bridge between Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Several years experience of programme/project management in a technology organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear expectation management
- Effective Communication at board-level and able to build strong relationship, e.g. between Delivery and Demand (ProductManagement) functions
- Familiarity with Retail and/or eCommerce technology solutions
- Fluent language skills in English and German
