Head of Engineering – ERP (f/m/d)

As the Head of Engineering - ERP (f/m/d) you are the technology leader who drives the technical and transformation vision of our ERP solutions at the MYTOYS GROUP.

Your tasks

• Manage and drive the current Oracle ERP transformation strategy towards specialised in-house and group software solutions
• Align the technology strategy with our business goals and explore innovative new technologies and software solutions
• Be responsible for the leadership of our 6 ERP development and infrastructure teams
• Build strong relationships with peers in our senior management team
• Encourage interaction between our product and software development teams
• Implement technology standards and manage best practices in software engineering

Job requirements:

• Strong knowledge in e-commerce business processes and architectures
• Demonstrated track record of building efficient and strong software engineering teams
• Experience in managing and motivating multiple agile teams
• Strong communication skills demonstrated with the senior management
• Be metrics-driven and ready to manage the transformation and change of core business processes
• Fluent English and German language skills
