Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in Marketing, you are responsible for the management and expansion of our retail media solutions with our largest suppliers and partners as part of the Media Solutions team.

  • In close cooperation with the purchasing department, you identify needs, development potentials and design customer-specific marketing solutions for suppliers such as Lego and Mattel
  • In coordination with your suppliers, you develop media plans for all online and offline marketing measures in order to optimally present your suppliers' products and contribute to sales
  • You negotiate offers and control the measures in the direction of our marketing channels and campaign management
  • You sell the entire marketing portfolio from display ads to social media with a lot of heart and energy and convince your customers with a unique presentation from the first offer to the target-oriented closing of the deal
  • With your professional and open manner, you not only win new suppliers and partners for our retail media solutions, but also establish long-term contacts with our existing suppliers

Job requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, business administration, marketing/communication or comparable commercial training, e.g. as an advertising salesperson
  • Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in e-commerce or in agencies
  • Passion for sales, perseverance and enjoyment in advising B2B customers
  • Confidence in dealing with the usual online marketing KPIs and in interpreting reports and analyses for our customers
  • Sociability, strong communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders; fluent German required
