As Lead Java Developer (f/m/d) you will be part of the leadership team in the Item Services Department at MYTOYS GROUP which is responsible for the end-to-end software development of our product data ecosystem and lead one of our Item Services engineering teams.
You will:
- Own the short and long term technical vision of your team from end-to-end
- Help your team to improve their skills, give mentorship and guidance on technical aspects
- Work with your team on planning and implementing new business features
- Support the Product Owner in planning and estimating feature-development as well as implementing the roadmap
- Manage the scrum process for your team and implement best practices
- Represent your team in technical and management meetings
Job requirements:
- Several years of experience as a technical lead, team lead or in a similar role
- Profound knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, Kafka and AWS Cloud
- Experience in decoupling complex IT systems
- Skilled in agile development methods and their implementation
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Fluent in English
