Senior Project Manager – Group Platform Strategy (f/m/d)

• Take a leading role in the design and development of the future eCommce platform of the Otto Group
• Coordinate the business specialist and technical resources on the myToys side that contribute to the implementation of the future TechStack
• Represent the interests of the MYTOYS GROUP in the group up to the board level of the Otto group
• Monitor and report progress against planning baselines and enable proactive course correction
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication and create alignment throughout stakeholder groups and work streams
• Facilitate central requirements gathering and drive prioritization
• Identify risks and propose risk response/mitigation plans on an on-going basis
• Take on the preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops

Job requirements:

• Several years of experience in managing and delivering projects in the field of web platform development and/or eCommerce
• Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques and tool chain – specifically MS Office, Jira and Confluence, Tableau
• Practical experience with agile methodologies in a scaled enterprise context is a plus
• General affinity for technology and good understanding of IP and web technologies as well as modern software development practices
• Fluent spoken and written German is mandatory and English language skills are beneficial
• Strong communication skills up to and including C-level stakeholders
• Experience with IT transformation and change management on an organizational level
