Senior Project Manager IT (f/m/d)

• Lead and manage project delivery along the full life-cycle – from initiation and planning to execution and closing
• Select and apply the right project management tools & techniques to ensure effective planning, reliable execution and controlling of project health
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication on an on-going basis and across functions and departments
• Monitor progress against planning baselines and enable proactive course correction along project execution
• Identify risks and propose risk response/mitigation plans on an on-going basis
• Take on the preparation and follow-up of ceremonies, meetings and workshops
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and actively contribute to improve our delivery framework

Job requirements:

• Several years of experience in managing and delivering projects in the field of web platform development and/or eCommerce
• Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques and tool chain – specifically MS Office, Jira and Confluence, Tableau
• Practical experience with agile methodologies in a scaled enterprise context
• General affinity for technology and good understanding of IP and web technologies as well as modern software development practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good English skills.
